Our modern, spacious (36 Sq m) guest suite sleeps two adults in complete comfort, thanks to its king-size Hypnos bed.

The guest suite is located on a single level (ground floor) making it easy to access and get around.
Private entrance
Come and go as you please. You’ll have your own key and access via a private external door.
Parking
We have dedicated off-road parking and can also secure bicycles and motorbikes in a locked garage.
Beach
The beach at Seaton is just a 5-minute drive away (or around 20 minutes if travelling on foot).
Nature reserve
The Seaton Wetlands nature reserve (offering fantastic views over the Axe Valley) is a 10-15 minute walk away.
